Arin Chinchilla, PharmD

Arin is from Iowa City, Iowa. He graduated from the University of Iowa after completing the PharmD program following the pre-pharmacy track. He has always been interested in pursuing a residency in order to gain skills and experience working as a practitioner with hopes to become a clinical pharmacist in the future. Arin is passionate about healthcare and teaching. As a student, he was involved in different organizations that focused on prospective students and mentoring current students. Arin's professional interests include oncology, anticoagulation and endocrinology. Outside of pharmacy, his hobbies include spending time with friends and family; playing soccer; and going to the gym.

Janvi Patel, PharmD

Janvi Patel is from Keokuk, Iowa. She graduated from the University of Iowa with her Doctor of Pharmacy. She also received her bachelor's degree from the University of Iowa in Interdepartmental Health Studies. Janvi has always been interested in healthcare and pursuing a residency to be able to expand her skills and gain the experience to become a clinical practitioner. As a student, she enjoyed volunteering at the Free Medical Clinic or immunization clinics throughout the community. Janvi was also heavily involved in SNPhA, where she helped with the underserved communities. Janvi's professional interests include anticoagulation, oncology and pediatrics. Outside of pharmacy, her hobbies are spending time with family and friends; reading; and going on walks.
