We meet monthly to help stroke survivors, family and caretakers better understand stroke.
Many people ask - So why come to a support group?
- Let you know that you are not alone!
- Gain emotional support from others who face similar, sometimes tough, situations.
- Share information and openly discuss problems without judgment.
- Help process feelings by listening to others in their situation.
- Just to learn new things and talk with friendly people!
This support group takes place on the fourth Tuesday of every other month.
