Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids, IA, presents an Anti-Inflammatory Diet & Cooking Event
Registration is closed.
Check or cash payment will be accepted and can be brought to the Women’s Center on a first-come, first-served basis.
Mercy’s Women’s Center is located within Mercy Medical Center at 701 10th Street SE – 1st floor. Hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Today’s diets consist of highly processed foods that can cause inflammation and have been linked to medical conditions ranging from heart disease, diabetes, autoimmune conditions, some types of cancer to depression and anxiety.

Terri Clark, Mercy Dietitian, will explain the benefits these foods provide, grocery list ideas and recipes to get you started.
