Caring for others is the norm in this Mt. Vernon family. When Ashlee Elliott wanted to help Mercy Medical Center employees affected by COVID-19 and chose T-shirt sales as the way, her parents supported the idea. With a design in mind, Ashlee drew several faces with face masks and took them to One Mission. They produced the shirts that 16-year-old Ashlee marketed through her Facebook page and other social media.
Recently, Ashlee brought a check for $720.93 to Mercy Medical Center for the Employee Relief Fund. Carrie and Jeremy Elliott, who both work in the healthcare field, are proud of the entrepreneurial and giving spirit in their daughter. Mercy employees are grateful she had us in mind! Thank you, Ashlee.
