Oral COVID-19 Medication Information
If you are prescribed an oral COVID-19 medication during your visit:
- Your prescription can be picked up starting today. It MUST be picked up within 48 hours of prescribing. If you do not pick it up, it will no longer be available due to the short treatment window to start these medications. Please call the Mercy Pharmacy before you leave to pick up the prescription so the pharmacist knows you are on your way.

- Curbside pick-up at designated pharmacy parking spots is required. The parking spots will be marked as Reserved Parking, Pharmacy Drive-Up Service in the circle drive at the 10th St entrance (across from McKinley Middle School).
- Please call the pharmacy curbside pick-up line (listed below) when you arrive. Please do not enter the building. Please stay inside your vehicle. Your prescription will be brought to your vehicle. Please wear a mask upon prescription delivery.
- A pharmacist must provide you with counseling on the medication over the phone before the medication is brought to your vehicle. The pharmacist will ask for the make/model and color of your vehicle. You will be required to confirm your name and address with the staff member who brings your prescription to your vehicle before being given your prescription.

- Your prescription will be accompanied by a fact sheet of information that the pharmacist will discuss with you over the phone when you arrive to pick up your prescription. Please keep and review the fact sheet.
- It is important to complete the full, five-day treatment course and continue to isolate.
