Mercy Home Care receives national recognition for outstanding patient experience

Mercy Home Care has been honored with the 2024 SHPBest™ “Premier Performer” Award for excellence in patient experience. This national recognition places Mercy Home Care among the top 5% of more than 3,200 home health agencies evaluated across the country.

The award is presented by Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP), which uses patient feedback collected through the Home Health Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HHCAHPS) survey to measure satisfaction and care quality. SHP’s annual award program highlights home care organizations that consistently deliver a high level of service and compassionate care.
