Free parking is available for patients and visitors at all Mercy Cedar Rapids locations, including all specialty, emergency, primary care and urgent care locations.
Mercy Medical Center - Downtown Cedar Rapids
Main Hospital
Hospitals visitors may utilize two convenient parking ramps.
8th Street Parking Ramp
Accessible via 8th Street SE, coming from either direction. Guests visiting Mercy for outpatient services will find this ramp most convenient.
10th Street Parking Ramp
Accessible via 10th Street SE, coming from either direction. Guests visiting Mercy for emergency or inpatient services will find this ramp most convenient.
Hall-Perrine Cancer Center
Parking for Hall-Perrine Cancer Center visitors is available directly in front of the center. Free valet services are also available at the Hall-Perrine Cancer Center main entrance. Additional location information can be found here.
Plumb Heart Center
Parking for Plumb Heart Center visitors is available in the lot immediately in front of the building. More location and parking information can be found here.
Plumb Heart Center visitors who need valet parking services may utilize valet at the hospital's 8th Avenue entrance (Lundy Pavilion).
Valet Services
Free valet service is available at the 8th Avenue entrance (Lundy Pavilion) and the Hall-Perrine Cancer Center, main entrance.
Valet Services:
- Parking & retrieval of car
- Wheelchair/mobility assistance
- Loading/unloading
- Internal hospital and driving directions
- Winter vehicle clean-up such as window scraping
- Other assistance as needed
Valet Hours:
- 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
- Typically closed on holidays
