Sedation Training

To complete your Sedation Training, please follow these steps:

1. Watch the video below.
2. Complete the appropriate test(s) below the video and send your completed test(s) Paramount Health Options: PHO@paramounthealthoptions.com.
3. Schedule a simulation lab time. You can schedule a simulation lab session with Navid Etemadi, MD, for Mercy at naetemadi@mercycare.org or Christine Botkin, MD, for St. Luke's at cmbotkin@cr-anesthesia.com. Only one simulation lab certificate is needed for both hospitals.
4. Results will be communicated to you via the Medical Staff Office and automatically shared with Mercy and St. Luke’s.
