Mercy EAP recognizes that, in our increasingly complex society, a wide range of problems – not purely medical and not necessarily job-related – adversely affect job performance at all levels of responsibility.
Performance problems could be caused by such conditions as emotional turmoil, financial concerns, physical illness, alcohol abuse, drug abuse, etc. We recognize that these conditions are treatable, and/or correctable. Mercy EAP is committed to providing professional, confidential help with a variety of problems and will refer to the appropriate treatment resources when necessary.
Sometimes it is hard to ask for assistance, so we make the process as easy as possible for you and your family. View or print a brochure with our EAP counselors in PDF format.
