How to Save Time at Your Primary Care Appointment
Want to save time at your next primary care appointment? Try our eCheck-In service, available for all MercyCare family practice patients.
eCheck-In can save you time when you arrive at the clinic by allowing you to complete most of the check-in process electronically, from the convenience of your home, office, school or any place – on-the-go, prior to your visit.
To use the eCheck-In service, log in to MyChart online or from your mobile app to:
- Verify demographic information;
- Update medications, allergies and current health issues;
- Answer appointment-related questionnaires.
- Finish your eCheck-In by letting the front desk know when you have arrived.
Try eCheck-In for your next appointment. Starting two days prior to your appointment, login to MyChart and click on your upcoming appointment to begin the process. If you don't have a MyChart account, sign up for one here.
