Spend less time waiting at Urgent Care.
See estimated wait times and choose an arrival time before you leave home. When you choose an arrival time online, you let the clinic know when you're coming, which can help reduce your wait at the clinic.
Choosing an arrival time is not an appointment. Because Urgent Care patients are seen based in part on medical need, your actual wait time may change.

How It Works
- Choose an Urgent Care location
See the current estimated wait time at each MercyCare Urgent Care clinic and select the location you want to visit.
- Choose when you'll arrive
Select an available arrival time. Don't see the time you want? Use the “How long until you arrive?” option to let us know you're on your way.
- Tell us who's coming
Sign in with MyChart or continue as a guest and enter the requested information.
- Check in when you arrive
Let the front desk know you're there and bring your insurance card. We'll confirm your information and get you checked in.
Check Wait Times & Choose Your Arrival Time
Know Before You Go
| It's not an appointment |
Choosing your arrival time helps reduce your wait, but it does not guarantee you'll be seen at an exact time. |
| Patients with more urgent needs may be seen first |
Wait times can change as patients arrive and are evaluated. |
| One patient = one arrival time |
If two family members need care, choose an arrival time for each person. |
| Running late? |
If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your selected arrival time, we can no longer hold your spot. You can still check in as a walk-in. |
| Don't see the time you want? |
You can still visit as walk in. |
Frequently Asked Questions
Is an arrival time the same as an appointment?
No. Choosing your arrival time online helps us know when you plan to arrive and can reduce your wait, but it is not a scheduled appointment. Patients with more urgent medical needs may be seen first.
What if the arrival time I want isn't available?
You can still walk in. A full schedule does not mean the clinic is full or no longer accepting walk-in patients. You may also use the “How long until you arrive?” option when available.
Can I use one arrival time for multiple people?
No. Please select a separate arrival time for each person who needs to be seen.
What if I'm late?
If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your selected time, we can no longer hold your arrival slot. You can still check in as a walk-in.
What if I need to cancel?
Please call the Urgent Care clinic you selected to let us know.
