The Mercy Weight Loss Program is a realistic, no-nonsense approach to weight loss and improved health. It utilizes science-based strategies and is facilitated by Mercy’s Registered Dietitians. The goals of the program are to:
Goal Setting: Achievable, realistic, and timely to ensure your success.
Behavior Modification: Identify habits that keep you from meeting your goals.
