Post-Event Evaluation
Step 2: Claim CE Credit
You will self-claim your CE credits based upon your hours of participation.
Click the link below to get started. Be sure to click the “Submit” button when you are finished. (Sometimes located at the top on a mobile device).
This must be completed by 6:00 p.m. tonight in order to be eligible for continuing education credit.

Trouble Signing In
- UI employees/affiliates select the option to sign in with your UI HawkID.
- All others select the option to sign in with your email
- New to the system? Click “Create New Account” and follow prompts to create an account.
- Don’t recall your password? Click “Forgot Your Password.”
- Once you have signed in, the evaluation will open. If it doesn’t, navigate to the URL again.
Downloading Certificates
- To access your certificate, stay signed in and go to ‘My CE’ (button in gold menu bar); then go to ‘Evaluations & Certificates’.
- Download and keep a copy of your certificate. When the evaluation expires, the certificate will no longer be available for download. Your CME will be recorded on your transcript which is available at any time.
- To access your transcript at any time, go to https://uiowa.cloud-cme.com/default.aspx, sign in and click My CE or the Transcript button.
