Post-Event Evaluation
To secure your continuing education credit, there are two steps you must complete:
1. Record attendance
2. Claim you CE credit
Both steps must be completed by 6:00 p.m. tonight in order to be eligible for continuing education credit.

You must complete the evaluation form linked on the next page in order to claim your CE credit.
